Christmas 2021 Standard Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all Christmas and New Year Party events delivered by Kew Green Hotels.

  • At time of booking a non-transferable, non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to guarantee the booking with the final payment taken 6 weeks later. After which time all monies received are non-transferable, non-refundable
  • All balances must be received no later than 6 weeks after paying the deposit. If final payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and we will not be liable to refund any deposits paid.
  • Once final payment is made, no refunds or credit will be given. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable.
  • Bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. 
  • We reserve the right to change/amend/cancel any function up to 14 working days prior to the event date due to circumstances beyond our control. If you do not wish to accept the alternative offer, your monies will be refunded in full but that will be the limit of the hotels liability.
  • Alcoholic beverages that have not been purchased from the hotel are not to be consumed on the premises. The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and the right to refuse service. 
  • In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by anyone in their group.
  • We require all pre-order menu selection, and special dietary requirements to be received 30 days prior to your party date. Some dishes may contain traces of nuts. All descriptions, including menu’s, are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Children are classed as age 3 – 12 years old and are charged at a reduced price. Under 3’s eat free.
  • Dance through the Decades, Drink and Dance through the Decades and New Year’s Eve gala events are strictly for 18 years and over and ID may be requested for all guests attending one of these events. We use the ‘Challenge 25’ rule in our hotels, if ID cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse entry to these events.
  • Please retain a copy of the terms and conditions for your reference and ensure all members of the party are aware of all T&C’s prior to arrival.
  • COVID-19 policy. If an event cannot take place due to Government restrictions in place, such as a travel ban, we shall provide a full refund.


See terms below specific to those hotels offering Drink and Dine or an All-Inclusive Drinks Package Upgrade
(Excludes: Holiday Inn East Kilbride, Holiday Inn Norwich North and Holiday Inn Taunton)

  • All-inclusive drinks package includes house wines, draught beer/lager/cider, house spirits in single measures (served with a mixer) and a selection of soft drinks. Maximum of two drinks per order. All-inclusive spirits cannot be served as shots. Premium drinks available at a surcharge at selected hotels.
  • All-inclusive packages include wine and beer on the tables between 7:30pm and 9pm. The all-inclusive bar is available between 9pm – 12am.
  • If you have purchased a wristband for an all-inclusive drinks package, you will be provided with the band on arrival and you will be asked for ID. We will not replace lost wristbands and it is the responsibility of the bearer to ensure it is kept on at all times. Drinks will not be served to someone who is not wearing a wristband. Anyone abusing this will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
